When installing a handbrake onto the trans tunnel, you must reinforce the area to prevent excessive flexing when pulling the handbrake. This 1/8" steel weld on tranny tunnel reinforcement has a hole pattern to allow the bearing type handles to bolt in. It can be used flat or can be bent in a vice to side mount. Universal fitment for weld-in handbrakes as well.
