This 9 piece kit includes Lip, Skirts, Over-Fenders, Wide door overlays and quarter panel overlays with pre drilled holes and hidden hardware included with bolt plates for fast single tool install and removal of skirts and lip for trailer loading. ABS exterior parts made in house at MAX USA's Flow State Automation project, using the latest 3D laser scanning equipment and software to digitize the car for precision CAD engineered parts made in CNC molds. Resilient vacuum thermoformed plastics with 5-Axis CNC automated edge trimming gives a precise enough fit to install over OEM panels with your choice of 3M PSA double sided automotive panel tape outlined in the PDF although rivets or riv-nuts could be used if that look is preferred. Paint preparation on these beautiful unfinished parts saves you time and money compared to wavy, poor fitting wet layup chop strand fiberglass or urethane kits. Wheel spec for reference from our shop car 18x10.5-19 245 to 265/35/18 R depending on desired stretch & camber, 18x9-30 245/35/18 F (stock arms) OR zero offset on PartsShopMax FLCA. *Choose your door molding type in cart as shown in gallery pictures. *Choose sportcross wagon or sedan trim path in cart.   Redemption and thanks! A note from the creator.
  
  Twenty-five years ago I went out of business making wet layup fiberglass body kits. The fit and finish was never perfect, the knockoffs were relentless, and shipping damage ate the margins alive. I swore that if I ever got another shot, I'd do it right.
  
  This Flow State Automation IS300 widebody project is that shot. A million dollars into 3D scanning, CAD design, machinery, CNC-cut tooling, and durable thermoformed ABS — so the fit and finish is dead-on, and a kit at this price gives elite parts costing ten times as much a real run for their money. Full in-house vertical integration means we manufacture efficiently and ship domestically to US customers, which is how a kit this good lands at a price that makes sense.
  
  We build it with premium materials, and we rebuild our molds and fixtures instead of running them into the ground. That's what you're paying for. Not the cheapest kit on earth — the one I wish I'd been able to make the first time around.
  
  The car is at the wrap shop now, and the result looks like a factory-backed Toyota race team's homologated widebody. Color-matched, with the kind of continuity that highlights the iconic first-generation IS300 instead of fighting it. Clean OEM+50mm, zero exposed fasteners. I think when people see it, their idea of how clean an overfender kit can be changes permanently.
