GT86 / FRS / BRZ Solid Diff Risers
SKU: ZNC6SDR
(1)
Raise your diff upwards in the subframe with these aluminum solid diff bushings to flatten your axle angle. The axle angle is notoriously bad when this car is lowered, which puts a lot of strain on the axle joints. This bushing set eases the angle of the axles on lowered cars by raising the diff 20mm. Tight slip fit installation. No welding or cutting required. Just remove the stock bushings and the steel ring from rear of subframe and slide these bushings in place. Includes rear mount hardware. Re-use oem front mount hardware. Aftermarket high capacity diff covers will require you to hammer the body in order to raise the diff. Pair with subframe risers sold separately for the most axle angle correction. Notching the subframe above the axles is recommeded for extremely low vehicles or vehicles with larger upgraded axles. Fits Scion FRS, Subaru BRZ, Toyota GT86 and GR86. Still works on cars using IS300 or JZX diff swaps.

    • Looks great, no more broken axles.
These are great. The install is a little tedious but well worth it. I installed these along with the subframe risers. The welding I had a fab shop do (as well as notch the subframe for axle clearance) and I did the rest myself with no lift, just stands and a jack. With both the subframe risers and diff risers the diff will hit the trunk floor, no big deal I hammered it up and made clearance. Everything else fits perfectly, driveshaft angle is still pretty good, can still access drain and fill bolts, etc. Axle geometry looks perfect now.
