Trackside dirt-drop rail sliders offer unibody rocker, pinch weld, and battery-side protection by bolting these skid plates into OEM hardware locations under the car. You can retain the outer half of the OEM rocker covers so the car appears to be totally normal from the side view, if the OEM covers are cut along the frame rail where these parts exist. I designed this solution for my #EVdrift machine because its normal to drop a tire off the side of the track once in a while when attempting to use the full course width.
