SKU:FLCAS14O
(1)
New OEM style boxed extended front lower control arms are meant to be a more simple, durable and budget friendly alternative to modified stock or complex competition style arms. Perfect for the hobbyist drifter that is looking for simplicity and a bit more cushion in the front end. +40mm over stock LCA length on each arm for S14 and S15 pushes the wheels out for more inside clearance allowing for more steering angle ~ Non adjustable arms make these very simple to install and set up. ~ Hard rubber inner bushings improve response and control compared to old stock bushings, especially at high steering angle. ~ Keeping rubber bushings also allows some cushion during impacts, course out, pot holes, etc. compared to pillowball mounted arms ~ OEM style outer ball joints have low resistance and lots of articulation for bind free steering with big steering angle. ~ Notched box shape allows outer tie rods and knuckles to tuck in more at full lock allowing more steering angle. ~ Angle can be limited with the adjustable steering stoppers to allow rub free steering with various wheel and tire sizes. ~ Pair with our MAX Bent tension rods for even more tire clearance at full lock. Outer ball joints and inner bushings can be replaced with OEM replacements if maintenance is required in the future. ** Tie Rod fitment note: Without rack spacers, use our Extra Long inner tie rods and Pro outer tie rods. If you are using rack spacers, use our Medium length inners and Pro outers.
